BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Spicy Mayo Dip

13 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
15 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
16 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
04 - Serve meatballs with the Spicy Mayo Dip.
