# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce or more to taste
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes. Ensure uniform size for even cooking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
04 - Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding.
05 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
