# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
02 - 1 large ripe banana
03 - 1 tablespoon honey
04 - 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
05 - Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
06 - Dried chamomile leaves (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Brew a cup of chamomile tea using a tea bag or loose chamomile flowers. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.
02 - Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks. Measure out 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 cup of milk.
