01 - 1 ripe banana, mashed
02 - 100 grams granulated sugar
03 - 60 grams unsalted butter, melted
04 - 125 grams plain flour
05 - 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 0.25 teaspoon fine salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Add plain flour, baking soda, and fine salt to the bowl. Stir gently until just combined, taking care not to overmix.
04 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each portion evenly.
05 - Bake in the centre of the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool slightly on the tray before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
