Birthday Cake Protein Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
02 - ¼ cup vanilla protein powder (plant-based recommended)
03 - 2 Tbsp coconut flour
04 - 1 Tbsp granulated sugar of choice (optional)
05 - 1 Tbsp confetti sprinkles
06 - 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk, if needed

# Instructions:

01 - Mix applesauce, protein powder, coconut flour, sugar, and confetti sprinkles in a bowl.
02 - Add the almond milk at the very end, half tablespoon at a time (if needed) to adjust the dough to desired thickness. You can also add more coconut flour if the dough is too soft.
03 - Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls, and refrigerate 15 minutes to help set.

# Notes:

01 - Plant-based protein powder creates better texture than whey protein
02 - Best to use hands to knead and mix the dough
03 - Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
