Apple Cinnamon Bread Indulgent (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white granulated sugar
02 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
03 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 2 cups milk
07 - ⅔ cup vegetable oil
08 - 1 cup apples, diced and peeled
09 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

10 - ⅔ cup white granulated sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pans.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk to combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
03 - In the fitted bowl of a stand mixer or large mixing bowl and beater, beat eggs, milk and oil until just combined.
04 - Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
05 - Pour mixture into loaf pans, filling to the ⅔ mark to compensate for rise.
06 - In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir to combine cinnamon and sugar. Spoon onto each loaf and gently swirl in with a knife.
07 - Bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

# Notes:

01 - Do not overfill loaf pans. Fill just 2/3 full to compensate for the bread rise.
02 - Use the toothpick test to determine if the bread is done baking.
