Sweet Dessert Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
02 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling.
05 - 12 egg roll wrappers.
06 - 1 egg, beaten.
07 - Cooking spray.
08 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
02 - Place wrapper diamond-style, add 1 spoon cream cheese mix and 1 spoon cherries in center.
03 - Fold bottom corner up, sides in, roll tight. Seal top with egg wash.
04 - Heat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with cooking spray.
05 - Air fry 8-10 minutes, flip halfway, until golden brown.
06 - Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar. Serve with extra cherry filling if desired.

01 - Keep rolls separate when frying to get crispy all around.
02 - Cream cheese must be soft for smooth filling.
03 - Store in fridge up to 3 days.
