Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound Brussels sprouts.
02 - 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (optional).
06 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional).
07 - Pomegranate molasses for drizzling (optional).
08 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional).
09 - 3 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Trim ends and remove brown leaves. Cut in half or quarters to equal sizes.
02 - Soak in warm water 10 minutes for tender centers if desired.
03 - Heat air fryer to 375°F (about 3 minutes).
04 - Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper in bowl.
05 - Air fry 5 minutes, shake basket, cook another 5 minutes.
06 - Add garlic if using, cook 2-4 minutes more until crispy.
07 - Transfer to bowl and add any desired toppings.

01 - Soaking step is optional.
02 - Keeps in fridge up to 4 days.
