# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 large ripe banana (mashed, yields 120 ml / ½ cup puree)
02 - 90 g self-rising flour (¾ cup)

→ Coating

03 - 2 g ground cinnamon (½ teaspoon)
04 - 50 g granulated sugar (¼ cup)
05 - 30 ml coconut oil, melted (2 tablespoons, or substitute melted vegan butter)

→ Dough Handling

06 - 10–15 ml melted coconut oil, as needed for kneading (2–3 teaspoons as required)

→ To Finish

07 - Avocado oil spray, for frying basket and dough balls

# Instructions:

01 - Mash the banana thoroughly to obtain a smooth puree, ensuring it measures 120 ml (½ cup) for proper dough consistency.
02 - Add self-rising flour to the banana puree. Stir gently with a rubber spatula until the mixture begins to form lumps.
03 - Oil your hands with a small amount of melted coconut oil. Knead the dough in the mixing bowl until a sticky, cohesive ball forms. Continue kneading with lightly oiled hands, avoiding the addition of excess flour. If overly moist, add up to 2–3 teaspoons of flour at most.
04 - Grease hands with melted coconut oil. Portion out approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and gently roll into a ball. Place each on a parchment-lined plate. Repeat until all dough is used. Mist each dough ball lightly with avocado oil spray.
05 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil. Arrange the prepared dough balls in the basket, leaving 3 cm (1 inch) of space between to allow for expansion.
06 - Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Cook the dough balls for 6–7 minutes or until they are puffed and golden brown with a dry exterior.
07 - While still warm, brush each donut hole with melted coconut oil. Toss immediately in a cinnamon-sugar mixture to achieve even coverage.
08 - Enjoy the donut holes warm for optimal texture and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overworking the dough with flour to preserve a moist, tender crumb. Oil the hands and surface as necessary to prevent sticking.
02 - These donut holes are best consumed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
